WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS?All orders placed before 14:00 are set up and shipped within 24/48h. All orders placed after 14:00 are set up and leave on the next working day (i.e. excluding Saturdays and Sundays). Delivery times are: ITALY - 3 to 5 working days. Cost 7.50€. FREE FOR ORDERS OVER 40€. EUROPE - 4 to 8 working days. Cost 21.50€. FREE FOR ORDERS OVER 250€ INTERNATIONAL - 5 to 9 working days. Cost 29€. FREE FOR ORDERS OVER 300€ For purchases made during specific holiday periods or promotions, normal shipping and delivery times may not be guaranteed. However, ALEVO and its partners will endeavour to ship orders as soon as possible.

CAN I CHANGE THE ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?No, once the order has been confirmed it is no longer possible to change it as the products are already registered in the logistics database and are being prepared in order to guarantee the shortest possible processing time. If you have forgotten to add a product, you will necessarily have to proceed with a new order.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL: WHAT CAN I DO?Check that it did not end up in the 'spam' or 'commercial' folder. Search for 'ALEVO' in the search bar. If you can't find the order confirmation e-mail, please contact customer support with your full name, the e-mail address with which you finalised the purchase, and the shipping address.
